GTD has shown its products for special forces in the II International Course National Police entitled Police 3.0: Intelligent Safety held in Palencia (Spain).The product range in this area GTD is based on three lines: optical communications, sniper detection equipment and sharpshooters. They have captured the attention of the National Police and the representatives of other international delegations of America and Africa, says the company.Within the range of communications products, GTD has shown its solutions in next-generation optical communications LightSpeed, "technology that combines power, discretion (by low probability of detection) and security (the difficulty of being intercepted and inhibited)." Since the company explained that this technology is based on the combination of infrared LEDs with optical systems of open space, allowing communication not visible at different distances. "GTD is able to package this technology with virtually any form factor, such as binocular or telescopic sights, to name a few," they say.In detection, the company has exposed the Sentinel BEAM and technologies that allow the operator to detect any optical precision device that is pointing to the area in which the operator is located, such as snipers or observers with binoculars. They come in several formats: laptop, as the Sentinel BEAM 80 or S40, which can be carried by the agent and used as if it were a pair of binoculars; Auto Scan or 360 °, as in the case of BEAM 200, which can be mounted on a tripod or in any police vehicle.Finally, with respect to equipment sharpshooters, GTD has presented Hero Gunscope DeadEye VENOM and technologies. VENOM is the perfect combination of a measuring device and a ballistic crosswind calculator, which provides valuable information to improve shooter precision shooting.
