. Encontrareis a continuación un email de agradecimiento del WP5 leader: Dear WP 5.x.y leaders, We had a very successful EC review last week. For those of you, who have not been present: After two pleasant half days the EC reviewers showed to be very happy about the project performance. They appreciated the good cooperation inside the project and they understood that the project management team has everything under control. They highlighted especially that the WP 5 was felt to be much clearer in scope and understanding than during the last EC review. One focus point was that all questions that were raised during the past reviews have been addressed and furthermore they stated to be happy with the good progress especially in WP 5 - as well from a technical point of view as from the management side. I fully share the points made by the EC and I want to personally thank every one of you for your good work and your help during the preparation of the EC. One point (of course) if that we had an excellent presentation and all of you exactly addressed the right points in your slides - but far more important is the great amount of work that has been done during the last months. I know that the work load was quite high and everybody had to work hard - a work package as complex as WP 5 requires a lot of attention - and probably more communication and coordination with other partners that everybody could have imagined before. Even though we can look back very positively to our past work, we have to be aware that we have high ambitions for the next months. To be specific, after this good impression we gave to the EC, we need to make sure that all the deliverables will be available right on time! (This means sent 2 weeks before their due date for PMC review). Furthermore we need to check that the specification (documents & UML) has the proper quality and completeness to close version "A". So besides of expressing my thanks for the work of the past, I want to encourage you to maintain and concentrate the high level of effort for the next months. We still have a lot of work to do - and together we will be able to manage it! Best regards, Michael Jirsch Manager Technical Projects Research & Technology Cockpit Cabin Control Diehl Aerospace GmbH
