The KELVIN project will centralize the production of cold water in a building, to be distributed to the entire base. This Involves dismantling three of the old production plants, and renewing and renewing and expanding the CDL3 production plant. GTD is responsible for renovating the control system for all these new equipments. With a length of more than two years, the project consists of several intermediate stages and partial adaptations, so that this renewal shall to compatible with the launch base schedule.
