GTD has participated in National Summit on Information-communication technologies "ICT Summit 2010", which was held for the 8th time on 21st of September, 2010 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ICT SUMMIT 2010 is organized by the Coordination Council for Development of Computerization and Information and Communication Technologies, the Committee on information and communication issues of Oliy Majlis Legislative Chamber, the Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan (UzACI), ICT Policy Project of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Uzbekistan and Association of IT Companies and Organizations of Uzbekistan. About 400 delegates , including leading ICT experts, representatives of public sector, international organizations, top management and specialists of local and foreign IT companies took part in the work of ICT Summits. GTD has presented a paper exposing the key points on Quality Software Control, when outsourcing software in remote countries. GTD is willing to develop itself in Central Asia and is strongly engaged in looking for local partners and subcontractors. The first meeting was held also with the Director of the Tashkent IT university, and different possibilities for future collaboration were identified.
