GTD’s contribution in STREAM focus in all these Artificial Intelligence contributions. Based on our well known Knowledge Enabled Services platform (KESgtd), GTD delivers: Crisis-Knowledge Management and their transformation into activity work-flows. Decision Support and Automatic Decision, based on spatio-temporal reasoning, which multiplies the effectiveness of the crisis management by automatically transforming “strategic decisions” into field specific, effective actions.
